Is elbow pain keeping you awake at nights… affecting your performance at work…. Stopping you from exercising or visiting the gym… or maybe the pain is just draining you mentally and physically? Did you know that you are probably just as likely to suffer from elbow pain if your where 21yo then if you where 65yo? That’s because elbow pain can affect anyone regardless of their age or health and will often be a result of a sudden impact injury, repetitive stress or constant strain to the area. Before your elbow pain were you able to rest your elbows on a desk or hard surface comfortably, could you wear long sleeve clothing without any fear of pain or maybe you were able to do certain tasks without the constant fear of further injury? Regardless if you are a young active person that loves their sports, an office worker or tradesman that uses their arms all day or even a senior citizen that loves to garden… elbow pain is extremely troublesome when it occurs as it will generally limit or restrict any of these tasks or activities. Unfortunately many people make the mistake of trying to push through the pain…. resulting in additional injury and further pain Are you feeling frustrated how long it is taking for your elbow pain to heal and you just want to return to your normal activities? It is normal to feel frustrated with any injury that affects your day to day activity. Pain in your elbow can be particularly frustrating as we need to use our arms for most tasks that we perform on a daily basis. This will often affect the ability for the elbow injury to properly heal. Did you know that by identifying if your elbow pain is acute or chronic you could actually help expedite the recovery? Your elbow pain onset could be either ‘sudden and acute’ or ‘slow and chronic’, by identifying which of these categories that your elbow pain falls into could be extremely beneficial in identifying and eliminating the cause. This information could dramatically expedite the recovery. As you are probably already aware elbow injuries can cause anything from mild discomfort to excruciating pain. Ankle and hips (trochanter bursitis)
Thank you very much.
I have used the patches on three areas with amazing results.
One was on my ankle...12 hours later the pain was completely resolved. The other two spots were on my hips for greater trochanter bursitis. One hip had been injected with cortisone and local anaesthetic on Monday. The patch applied on Friday night...no result as far as the 'mucky stuff. The other hip..due to be injected next week...plenty of muck. Both hips feel not completely pain free, but a dramatic difference.
So thank you and i have to say I am amazed. The cortisone is not working so well anymore and I am happy to have found an answer.
Many, many thanks.
Buristis (the size of a hardball) in elbow
So I had buristis (the size of a hardball) in my elbow. Three doctor visits (3) draining visits, but swelling returned instantly. Tried your patches and after 10 apps. it has completely disappeared!
Thank You
Baker's cyst
Hello,
Thanks very much....
This order is my second one.... I developed a Baker’s cyst (I think) behind my left knee, jumping up and down hard on a truckload of brush I was trying to compact.... I’m 67 years old, and the next morning, I had pain behind my knees, then a large egg behind my left knee. I searched the internet, and found your website, and ordered the patches. They worked well to bring down the swelling. Then, I jumped up and down on a shovel, digging a ditch, and the swelling returned. I used up the rest of my patches, and the swelling went down.
Thanks very much for having this natural solution to my problem: an egg behind my knee!
Baker's cyst
Hi
Just a quick note that I feel I needed to write about the OSMO Patches.
In September I tripped over while running and fell on my knee which left me with a fractured bone at the back of my knee which in turn ruptured my cruciate ligament. Although back on track now after various braces, crutches and hydrotherapy plus physiotherapy, it seemed I had gained a cyst at the back of my knee. This tight swelling really hindered my ability to improve and I looked to the internet for answers-where I found your advert
Although I had never heard of your product and neither had my physiotherapist, I decided to give them a try as they wouldn’t hurt even if they didn’t help. The day I woke up after the first patch I was really surprised. I didn’t say anything to my husband because I didn’t want to jinx the feeling I had! The tightness had lessened dramatically which meant I could walk as soon as I got up, not the usual stretch and wait for it to get going!! My physio noticed a difference the next visit as it was the first time I could get my leg flat and flex my foot slightly. The reduction in swelling and tightness was brilliant. Although I have only used two my leg has improved so much and it helps that I can exercise properly to strengthen my muscles.
Thanks for your help I am no longer sceptical about the patches-will be ordering more in the future!
Regards
Tendonitis or bursitis
I have been prescribed Naprelan 750mg for my shoulder. Tendonitis or bursitis, my Doctor said.
The anti inflammatory meds were working well until I moved some furniture for my wife and then the pain came right back with a vengeance I put a patch on my shoulder last night and was amazed when I removed it this morning! It looked like a used feminine hygiene product! And today the pain is so much better. Amazing! Hopefully I can keep from the needles, cortisone and the MRI.
Thanks so much!
