All testimonials on our site are genuine and have been supplied freely from individuals who have used our product. These testimonials represent good results and it should be understood that such results cannot be possible in all cases.
It is important to know that we do not endorse our patches as a cure for bursitis, baker’s cysts or any other soft tissue injuries and to be aware that there may be underlying causes that continue to set off your condition, such as inflammatory disease and excessive or repeated strain to the area just to name a few. The patches are instead a natural alternative treatment option to current medications, steroids and invasive procedures that currently exist. The patches are intended to relieve pain while attempting to help the area heal naturally, by removing the excess fluids together with promoting blood flow to the area.
To achieve the best outcome it will be important for the individual using the patches to sufficiently rest the area and to recognize and if possible avoid any physical or repetitive activities that may be inhibiting the recovery. The outcome of treatment will also be dependent on any underlying conditions.
Results may vary from user to user.

Ankle (Achilles Bursitis)
About 2 years ago I developed bursitis on my right ankle which was extremely painful. I tried traditional physio, ultrasound, laser, and stretching to no avail.
I discovered the OSMO Patch website and decided to keep an open mind and try the OSMO Patch.
After all those months of continuous pain, much to my surprise, I experienced a significant improvement such that I can now walk several kilometers, and am not in constant pain all day long! I have now ordered a 3rd set of Patches, and am sure these will end the problem entirely.

Knee Bursitis
Hello Jasmine,
I just wanted to say that my husband has been using the patches for a few days now and they have definitely made a difference to his knee.
I have brought some more from one of your UK stockists, The Health Workshop, and they, like you, could not have been more helpful.
Thank you!
