    • New orders from May forward have an expected delivery time currently of 3-5 weeks.
    • Deliveries dispatched in March are beginning to arrive and are expected to be delivered before the end of May.
    • Deliveries dispatched up in April are beginning to arrive and are all expected to be delivered before the June 16th.
  • United Kingdom*
    • Also available for purchase within the UK from our approved resellers
    • New orders from May forward have an expected delivery time currently of 2-4 weeks.
    • Deliveries dispatched in March are beginning to arrive and are expected to be delivered before the end of May.
    • Deliveries dispatched in April are beginning to arrive and are all expected to be delivered before the June 16th.
  • New Zealand*
    • Also available for purchase within the NZ from our approved resellers
    • New orders from May forward have an expected delivery time currently of 2-4 weeks.
  • Australia
    • Also available for purchase within the NZ from our approved resellers
    • Shipping and delivery times for most shipments appear to be mostly unaffected currently. Please note that specific areas may experience delivery delays based on local conditions.

Unable to currently deliver to the following countries
Regretfully we are unable to currently take online orders from the following countries at this time due unavailability of flights:

  • Brazil
  • Canada – Still available for purchase within Canada from any of our approved resellers
  • Greece
  • India
  • Ireland – Still available for purchase within the UK from any of our approved resellers
  • Italy
  • Spain

* All our deliveries ship from Australia. We have been notified by our freight company that there are flight disruptions and cancellations impacting all inbound and outbound items to countries outside Australia. We have been working with our postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. However due to the ever-changing situation, delays will occur in all destination countries which we understandably have no control over.

Please note: Mail is still considered an ESSENTIAL SERVICE and while there shall be delays, the postal service will remain open.

IMPORTANT: By making a purchase you confirm that you are happy for us to dispatch your order and understand that there may likely be delays. While we shall make every effort to send your item out expediently, you accept that delays are unfortunately likely to occur and outside of our control. Subsequently you accept that MediWise will not be liable for any late deliveries, regardless of the length of the delay.

Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed and packed within 12 – 24 hours of receiving your order.  Deliveries are then dispatched every business day (Mon-Fri) at approximately 11:30am, other than on public holidays.

Orders placed after 11:30am (Sydney EST/EDT) on a Friday or over the weekend shall be dispatched on Monday morning or Tuesday if the Monday falls on a public holidays.

If an email address was provided with your order then you shall receive an email notification following your items dispatch.

We reserve the right to make changes to our shipping policy from time to time. Any changes to our shipping policy shall be made on this page and shall only apply to purchases made after the date of such changes.

Whenever mentioned a Business Day/s or Working Day refers to a Monday-Friday and excludes public holidays.

Shipping method and times:
All merchandise is currently shipped from our fulfillment center in Sydney Australia. At this time orders are not able to be collected directly from this location.

International deliveries (any delivery outside of Australia) are sent via Australia Post Airmail. While we normally find that most deliveries arrive in approximately 8 business days we ask that you kindly allow up to 15 business days for items to arrive from Australia.

All deliveries are insured however only orders over $100 in value shall have a tracking number issued.

Local Deliveries are sent via Australia Post and shall normally be sent via overnight express or registered post. Please allow between 2-6 Business days.

Note: When waiting for your item please be mindful of other factors that are out of our control that may delay your delivery. These include public holidays, Christmas and New Year’s time, as well as natural weather events such as heavy snow fall and blizzards.

Shipping to a different address:
If you wish to arrange your purchase to be shipped to an address other than your normal address we are happy to do this. It shall however be the purchaser’s responsibility to clearly place your preferred delivery details into the correct area of the form when completing your order.

Should you realize after completing your order that the delivery details need to change you can email us immediately after your purchase with your order details and clear instructions as to any amendments. Please note that if you advise us at least 30min before the dispatch times stated above then we shall be able to update your address before dispatch.

Upon completion of your order, you shall receive an email confirming your order. This email shall have the complete details of your order, including the items you purchased and the delivery details provided.

Please check this email carefully to ensure that your order and delivery address are correct. If you find that there is any error please email us immediately after your purchase with your order details and clear instructions as to any amendments. Please note that if you advise us at least 30min before the dispatch times stated above then we shall be able to correct any errors and update your address if required before dispatch.

Duty and Customs Charges:

International customers: Please be aware that additional fees or charges may apply to bringing goods into your country.

Whilst most items shall be delivered promptly and without customs agencies charging additional fees or valued added taxes it is important to understand that every country has different policies which may change from time to time.

You agree when making a purchase through our site that you are solely responsible for any such knowledge or payment of fees should they be applicable.
