Hi, just a quick note that I feel I needed to write about the OSMO Patches. In September I tripped over while running and fell on my knee which left me with a fractured bone at the back of my knee which in turn ruptured my cruciate ligament. Although back on track now after various braces, crutches and hydrotherapy plus physiotherapy, it seemed I had gained a cyst at the back of my knee. The day I woke up after the first patch I was really surprised. I didn’t say anything to my husband because I didn’t want to jinx the feeling I had! The tightness had lessened dramatically which meant I could walk as soon as I got up, not the usual stretch and wait for it to get going!! My physio noticed a difference the next visit as it was the first time I could get my leg flat and flex my foot slightly. The reduction in swelling and tightness was brilliant. Although I have only used two my leg has improved so much and it helps that I can exercise properly to strengthen my muscles.

I used this patch from yesterday.

My first patch application was wonderful. I feel no pain and discomfort on my retrocalcaneal area.

After removal of patch I could see some fluid or discharges like a chocolate color discharge on my applied area.

I had a sac of fluid to the upper-right of my knee. Quite large. I continued to pursue my daily routine which consisted of morning workouts at the gym including ‘spin’ class. Needless to say, I aggravated the whole situation. My leg became swollen, and quite painful. It was only after the swelling went down did I notice the sac.

Upon searching myself for possible causes, I came across your site and since it was a ‘natural’ remedy, I didn’t think it would do any harm. I’ve had good results with other natural products, so why not give it a try.

After three days on the patch, I found that the sac pretty much dissolved. Was I going to heal anyway? Maybe. Was it the combination of natural healing and the stimulation of the patch? Maybe. In any event, I am now sac free.

Just to let you know I am totally amazed at how your patches work.

The ten patches have removed 95% of the fluid in the bursa. I have ordered more just in case it happens again. I have had major problems before with a busa being drained by needle and infection setting in.
