I purchased the OSMO patch several weeks ago and just started using them 4 days ago for my Bakers Cyst behind my knee.

I must admit I was very skeptical but I have noticed a change and less swelling in the area behind my knee.

I haven’t been able to walk for 7 months due to a knee injury, but these combined with my new pool exercises have made a big improvement to flexibility and swelling.

Thank you for your informative reply, I shall take notice of the hints and tips in your e-mail and will apply them during the treatment of my wife’s Trochanteric Bursitis.

It may interest you to know of the progress with the OSMO patches. Days 1 to 4 a small reduction in the swelling in the thigh. Days 4 to 7 a further reduction in swelling but no reduction in pain. Days 8 to 9 swelling almost gone and a big reduction in pain. We now await delivery of our second box of patches and hope the improvement continues.

I have just started using OSMO patches on my hip and have had some significant relief after only two nights of use.

I was wondering if they could also work on a large ganglion on a wrist?

The patches were fab last time and it’s now been over 6 months since I have had to use them.

Alas, it seems my bursitis is back, so hence the need for the wonder patches……

Thank you, this is my second round of patches.

First, I had a baker’s cyst on the back of my knee, used 6 patches, pain and cyst GONE!

Have had no problems since. So, I gave the rest to a friend. He said his went away but only used 4, so wants to try more, and I have had something come up on my wrist, going to try patches. Will see what happens.

I wanted to inform you that I’ve ordered more patches. My partner and I were totally amazed by this product. We have seen a significant difference in the size of his bursitis. It’s getting smaller after every use, and we both feel that having extra would be beneficial. It’s a shame that it takes so long to arrive, but the results are really worth it.
