I hurt my knee quite severely when out bushwalking in the Mt Mitchell National Park a distance of approximately 5.0 kilometres up total distance almost 11k. I hadn’t been doing much strenuous walking and on the way down I got a nasty pain in my knee.

My doctor told me I had a Bakers Cyst on the knee. He injected cortisone and it relieved the pain. However I didn’t want to have cortisone shots and he suggested I look on the Internet for an alternative.

Bursitis in my Elbow

Hi Toky, just to say we’ve ordered 20 more patches as the first lot really improved the Bursitis in my Elbow. It reduced the pain mainly, but although it seems full of fluid in the mornings the swelling has not reduced greatly.

Mind you it’s quite an art fitting them firmly to an elbow and still being able to move!

Eight years ago I had a work place accident and injured my left shoulder. After extensive physio & sports rehab the doctors advised me to get cortisone injections. Hi, just a quick note that I feel I needed to write about the OSMO Patches. In September I tripped over while running and fell on my knee which left me with a fractured bone at the back of my knee which in turn ruptured my cruciate ligament. Although back on track now after various braces, crutches and hydrotherapy plus physiotherapy, it seemed I had gained a cyst at the back of my knee. This tight swelling really hindered my ability to improve and I looked to the internet for answers-where I found your advert

Although I had never heard of your product and neither had my physiotherapist, I decided to give them a try as they wouldn’t hurt even if they didn’t help. I have been suffering from bursitis in my right hip since last August.
