My name is Garry Gracey; I am a former HANDBALL CHAMPION. I banged my elbow while playing handball. Dear Toky,

Thank you for your answer. My cyst is on the medial ventral surface of my knee. I have been placing the patches directly on top of the cyst, although it cannot be seen, but I know where it is from the ultrasound studies and the pain.

Bursitis in shoulder & elbow

Hi, I have had bursitis in my right shoulder for more than 3 years, after about 6 months of physio, I still have a lot of pain. Thank you for your informative reply, I shall take notice of the hints and tips in your e-mail and will apply them during the treatment of my wife’s Trochanteric Bursitis.

It may interest you to know of the progress with the OSMO patches. Days 1 to 4 a small reduction in the swelling in the thigh. Days 4 to 7 a further reduction in swelling but no reduction in pain. Days 8 to 9 swelling almost gone and a big reduction in pain. We now await delivery of our second box of patches and hope the improvement continues.

I have been meaning to write you for some time now and tell you how great the OSMO patches have worked for me.

I have had Baker’s cysts over the past 4 years on both knees. My Orthopedic Specialist drained them numerous times, plus gave me cortisone shots.
