I developed a bursa on my right elbow by supporting a heavy electric motor under a washing machine whilst changing its brushes. There was no visible damage to the area but the bursa was the size of a tennis or even a cricket ball. Shoulder bursitis and tendentious

Eight years ago I had a work place accident and injured my left shoulder. After extensive physio & sports rehab the doctors advised me to get cortisone injections. Swollen elbow

Elbow swollen up to the size of a golf ball

I was diagnosed with severe bursitis in my left elbow, and I saw an orthopaedist who attempted to aspirate it and also injected cortisone with absolutely no effect.

I had a sac of fluid to the upper-right of my knee. Quite large. I continued to pursue my daily routine which consisted of morning workouts at the gym including ‘spin’ class.
