I just received my parcel yesterday Wed Dec. 29th and after following the directions how to apply I put one on and it’s easing the pain in my shoulder. It seems that it’s working for me and I have to be careful to watch the food I am eating.

This order is my second one…. I developed a Baker’s cyst (I think) behind my left knee, jumping up and down hard on a truckload of brush I was trying to compact…. I ordered the patch because I have a meniscus tear on my knees which allows fluid to build into a baker’s cyst. So bending my knees is very uncomfortable and can be very painful at times.
