My name is Garry Gracey; I am a former HANDBALL CHAMPION. I banged my elbow while playing handball. I hurt my knee quite severely when out bushwalking in the Mt Mitchell National Park. I hadn’t been doing much strenuous walking and on the way down I got a nasty pain in my knee.

I completed the OSMO Patch treatment and have found it to be very beneficial in that it has eliminated the swelling in my knee and has minimized the arthritic pain also present in my knee.

I consider it to be a very good treatment for reducing or totally eliminating swelling of an area.

I highly recommend its usage.
